Terms of sale

Purpose
These terms govern the sale by Florian Padel of the paid offers of iPlanMyWedding to consumers: Wedding Pass and add-ons.
Offers and prices
Offers and their content are described on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros, all taxes included (TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI). Each offer is a one-time payment tied to one wedding, with no subscription or renewal.
Order and payment
Payment is made online through Stripe (card and other methods offered). The order is final once the payment is confirmed; an invoice is sent by email.
Access and duration
The offer is activated right after payment and stays active until 12 months after the wedding date. The guest website is then taken down, unless the Keepsake website option (10 years) was bought; the couple's space and its data remain available and exportable.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
You have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason: write to florian.padel.work@gmail.com. You are fully refunded within 14 days, with the same payment method, and the offer is deactivated.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and secure, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted. Couples remain responsible for the content they publish and their guests' data.

Governing law
French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those provided by law.
